Ibiza Airport Arrivals

Ibiza airport is located on Balearic Islands of Spain, approximately 7 km from Ibiza town which is also known as Eivissa. Arrivals at the airport are managed on its ground floor. You will find 8 carousels at the luggage reclaim hall, where the luggage that arrives from a non-EC country is delivered at belt number 1 only. It is also required to pass through the Customs inspection section later. After passing through the customs department and reaching at the arrival hall you will find a café that remains open all 24 hours during summer, ATMs, a bank, Aena along with tourist information desks and all the car hire desks as well.

Due to the fact that the airport handles a massive number of around 5 million passengers ever year, that is why it is equipped with all the necessary facilities that are perfectly well marked and signposted at the airport as well. Business professionals get a chance to arrange their meetings within the airport at its conference centre that is the perfect location for such meetings. The conference hall consists of all the latest facilities to handle business meetings effectively including sitting capacity for around 80 people, overhead projector and TV along with several personal computers. Disabled passengers can also get full access at the airport through adapted lifts, special toilets in restrooms and reserved parking spaces. They can also request for further assistance from their airline in advance so that the airline and airport staff will be ready to help them upon their arrival.

Even though there are no left luggage facilities at Ibiza airport but you can find lost and found office where the passengers can report for any missing or damaged luggage. This office can be found at the public area of arrivals hall and remains open between 6.30 in the morning to midnight during winters, and 24 hours a day during summers.
